Recipe – A 800 Year Old Natural Heart Cure

The creator of this recipe is the famous nun Hildegard von Bingen, who lived 800 years ago and died at the age of 81. Her recipe is used by famous doctors and published in their writings.

  • 10 fresh parsley stems (no root);
  • 1 liter of local red or white wine;
  • Two tablespoons wine vinegar;
  • 300 grams of natural honey.


Put the parsley in the wine, and add two tablespoons of wine vinegar. Cook it for 10 minutes on low heat, add the honey and let it simmer for another 4 minutes.
